What type of paper are prints developed on: Prints are developed on high quality Fuji Crystal Archive Paper.
Can I choose between a gloss or matte finish: Only a matte finish is available on prints ordered through the online store. If you require prints with a gloss finish, simply drop me an email and I can arrange this.
Can I order framed prints: A selection of my most popular images can be ordered pre-framed through my site at RedBubble (See link on top right hand side of page). All other prints ordered through this store are unframed. By ordering just the print online, this allows the customer to then go to their local framing store and choose a frame that suits thier needs.
What payment options are available: You can pay for your order via cheque/money order, direct deposit or PayPal. Your order will only be processed once payment is confirmed.
How are prints shipped: Once your order is confirmed, it will generally be printed within 24 hours and then shipped direct to your address via courier (Toll).
How much does shipping cost: Shipping is fixed at $12 per order.
Do you except international orders: Yes, but you will need to contact me prior to making your order to discuss shipping.
Do you accept returns: No, except in extreme cases where the print has not been developed properly. So please choose your order carefully.
Are prints from a digital or film camera: The vast majority of prints on this site were taken with a digital camera. I have tried to limit print size options on each individual print based on the resolution of the original image, to give as best image quality as possible for each print.
Is your photography available elsewhere: While you can only order prints online, my photography has been in several Bureau of Meteorology publications (including the 2005, 2006 and 2007 Australian Weather Calendar), a couple of books (Extreme Weather and Kaleidoscope Sky), as well as being featured in major newspapers and television networks in Australia.
Do you sell your images for other publications: Yes. If you would like to purchase an image for use in a publication, please contact me through the "Contact Us" link on the right and to negotiate a price based on usage.
